The Anne Johnstone Wellbeing and Sports Centre
Named in honour of our tenth Principal, Dr Anne Johnstone (2016–2025), this landmark Centre will provide state-of-the-art facilities for learning, wellbeing, sport, the performing arts and community events – an enduring tribute to Dr Johnstone’s remarkable leadership and legacy.
The Centre will offer state-of-the-art wellbeing spaces and sporting facilities, including a Great Hall and Gymnasium that seats 1700; Basketball, Netball, Badminton and Rooftop Tennis Courts; a new Strength and Conditioning Centre; a new performing arts Theatrette (Stage 2) and an expansive foyer to showcase the Ravenswood Australian Women’s Art Prize and other community events.
Leave Your Legacy Seating Plaques
Through the Ravenswood Foundation Leave Your Legacy Program, we warmly invite current students and families, Alumni and past parents, staff and former staff to make a tax-deductible donation to the Ravenswood Building Fund.
Secure your personalised plaque and become an indelible part of Ravenswood’s future. Every contribution, large or small, helps us build the next generation of learning and wellbeing spaces for Ravenswood students, now and in the years ahead.
Seating plaques are available in three distinct spaces within The Anne Johnstone Wellbeing and Sports Centre. You can choose your level of donation and where you would like your plaque to be placed within the following seating areas:
1. The Great Hall Mezzanine, which overlooks our new indoor, world-class sporting and events centre.
2. The Rooftop Tennis Courts benches, where you can take your place courtside to cheer on our students as they fulfil their potential and flourish.
3. The Performing Arts Theatrette – coming in Stage 2, a vibrant space where students will shine in drama, music, dance, productions, debating, public speaking and tech support.
Flagstone Paver Donation Extension
You can also choose to extend your seating plaque gift by purchasing an additional personalised engraved flagstone paver that will be laid around the outside of The Anne Johnstone Wellbeing and Sports Centre.
All donations of $2 or more to the Ravenswood Building Fund are 100% tax deductible.
